Quick Ship LTL SetUp:
Select the option to Create Auto BOL. See SetUp | Facility | App Preference - Bill of Lading
Set up carrier records in the Generic Carriers file. See Set Up | Generic Carriers
Add Carrier to Setup | Facility | LTL Generic Carrier Information
Optionally add Rate and Zone tables. See SetUp | Generic Carriers - LTL Rate Import
Map/Verify E10 Ship Codes to Quick Ship Codes. See SetUp | Ship Codes
Edit/Add BOL Classes. See SetUp | BOL Classes
Edit/Add Container Types. See SetUp | Container Types
Edit/SetUp Document Manager. See SetUp | Document Manager

E10 LTL SetUp:
Assign BOL Class in E10 Part Record
OPTIONALLY If you are planning to use the automatic Quick Ship option from E10, i.e. view, change, print BOL from Quick Ship, you will need to set up E10 System Setup | Company/Site Maintenance | Company Configuration

Automatic access to Quick Ship for Bill of Lading screens.
By using this function, you will be able to logon to Quick Ship directly from E10 without leaving the E10 application.
If the information for your BOL shipment needs adjusting each time. i.e. BOL Class , weights, notes etc. You can make the changes in this Quick Ship window, save it, print the form and/or return to E10 and Freight the shipment.
NOTE: this option can be accessed before or after Freighting the shipment.
NOTE: If using this option, you may want to turn off the SetUp | Facilities | App Preferences for 'Create Auto BOL' as the 'Create Auto BOL' causes the BOL Form/Forms to automatically print when freighted.

By utilizing these fields, you will be able to access the 'Bill of Lading' button. A new Quick Ship Window will open allowing you to login directly to the Bill of Lading Screen.
