Unlock User
NOTE: The screens depicted in these Help files reflect Quick Ship Version 5.3.0.XXXX. Earlier Versions may not have the same screens but field functionality remains the same.
The user will be locked out of the application after THREE failed login attempts.
To UnLock the use, a user with an admin role will need to logon, select Set Up | Users. Select the 'Lock' Icon.
A window will open to allow unlocking of user.
