The Archive folder is created from the PrintMonitor service. To invoke the Archive Folder creation, go to C:\Program Files (x86)\InSite Software\InsitePrintMonitor or the Folder containing the Insite.PrintMonitor.exe.config file.
Open in NotePad.
Search for 'archive'.
By assigning the Value to 'true', a folder will be created containing the .xsd and .mon pairs that successfully process thru the PrintMonitor.
