The Declaration Statement Code provides the legal explanation that US Customs uses to process your shipment. You can select the Declaration Statement Code for a specific shipper on the International tab in the Shipper Editor window.

Invoice - I hereby certify that the information on this invoice is true and correct and the contents and value of this shipment is as stated above.

Exportcode

The code that identifies the type or condition of the export transaction being made. Export Codes are an AES construct and the miscellaneous codes created are those that are defined and accepted by AES. It is a required field when submitting the AES filing.

The code and the description fields are available in the international forms .xsd in event users would like to put it on a form.

 

Note:  The export code is used only for shipments that originate in the United States.

CH - GOODS DONATED FOR RELIEF OR CHARITY

Shipment of goods donated for relief or charity provided for in chapters 1 through 97 of Schedule B, Classification of Exports. Specific goods listed below should be reported under the appropriate Chapter 98 numbers as follows:

- Commingled food products - Schedule B No. 9802.10.0000.

- Medicinal and pharmaceutical products - Schedule B No. 9802.20.0000.

- Wearing apparel - Schedule B No. 9802.30.0000.
