Once you are live on Quick Ship and have some experience with the software (with the version you were trained on) - we encourage you to see if there are more current versions that provide updated functionality and keeps you current with carrier business requirements.
Go to EpicCare and review the release notes for the latest version which includes updates/fixes for .5, 4.0, 4.1, etc to see if the latest version offers you any functionality you might want to take advantage of. If so - a Services Request to start the process.
Epicor Quick Ship recommends you plan on updating your shipping software at least once per year.
