If You have negotiated with UPS for that pricing structure, selecting that Service in /Epicor E10 will cause the correct rates to be returned when freighting.
You will need to have at least one BOL Freight Class setup for calculating the rate. See below UPS document for more information on UPS Ground Freight Pricing.
When you process a GFP shipment and have a contract for it with UPS, your negotiated pricing will be returned automatically.
