Re-Printing Parcel Labels

You can ONLY reprint a label on a shipment that has been shipped and Close Carriers has NOT been executed.

 

To reprint a Parcel Tracking label, go to the Epicor Quick Ship Home Screen and Navigate to the Shipments option. Click to open the screen.

 

 

Pull up the shipment by either entering the Pack ID:

The ERP# (i.e. the Pack is entered with a leading:

CS for Customer Shipments

MP for Master Packs

MS for Miscellaneous Shipments or

SC for SubContractor Shipments) and clicking submit, or clicking on the  Search Pack ID button.

 

OR

Use the "Search Pack ID " button to search for a specific shipment. The following screen will appear. Input your search criteria and click Search.

 

 

The return search results will appear in the grid. Bring the shipment data into the Shipping Screen by clicking on the shipment in the grid.

 

 

When you have the shipment pulled up in the Shipping Screen, it will automatically revert to the Containers Tab.

 

The shipment will display on the screen..

 

 

Select the print labels icon to reprint the label without un-freighting and re-freighting.

 

 

You will receive the following pop-up and the label will be sent to the printer.
