NOTE: The screens depicted in these Help files reflect Quick Ship Version 5.3.0.XXXX. Earlier Versions may not have the same screens but field functionality remains the same.
The below icons are used through out the application.
Funnel:
The Funnel icon indicates a filter is available for that specific field.
Upon selecting the Funnel icon allows for 10 options:
Is Equal to
Is Not Equal to
Contains
Does Not Contain
Starts With
Ends With
Is Null
Is Not Null
Is Empty
Is Not Empty
Magnifying Glass:
The Funnel icon indicates a search criteria is available for that specific field.
Plus Icon:
Use the icon to add new records to a file.
IMPORT Icon:
When available, this icon will import records from the E10 File.
EXPORT TO EXCEL Icon:
This Icon is used to export selected data to an Excel File.
Edit Pencil:
Select the Edit Pencil to View/Edit the Information for that Container Type.
Trash Can:
Select the trash can to delete records.
Once you select the Trash Can, an additional window will pop up allowing you to select DELETE.
Record Selection:
If there are more records than can be displayed on the screen there are 2 options available. On the Right side of the screen will be a side bar OR the bottom of the screen will contain the pages available to select from.
