Quick Ship Adjust Freight rates being returned by carriers

NOTE: The screens depicted in these Help files reflect Quick Ship Version 5.4.0.XXXX and E10 Version 10.2.700.5.  Earlier Versions may not have the same screens.

There are 4 places to verify the additional rates/amounts that are added to the actual freight amount.

The hierarchy for Adjustment Charges (% increase):

1 - SetUp | Facilities | Carrier Information | Rate Adjustment % Field

This % rate is the default for ALL Services for the Carrier.

NOTE: Shipping Charge Scheme's are in ADDITION to any adjustment amount.

2 - SetUp | Facilities | Facility Details | Shipping Charge Scheme Field

Use edit pencil to adjust any amount.

4 - SetUp | Facilities | Carrier Information | Manage Rate(s)/Zone(s)

Use edit $ Icon to add/modify Charges.

Service:

Use the drop list to select the specific Carrier/Service you want to adjust.

Min Weight:

Max Weight:

Adjustment Type:

Min Zone:

Max Zone:

Adjustment Percentage %:

The 'Adjustment Rate' value is a % of Freight ONLY.

If you want to adjust the carrier freight charge on a service-by-service level versus across the board (e.g. 2% for next day, 1% for second day) you will use this table to define those carrier services you want to adjust and the rate used to calculate the adjustment.

NOTE: If you have entered a rate or amount on the Handling Charges tab, values entered here will be in ADDITION to those charges.
